Terms of service

Version 3 · in effect from 29 September 2026

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and:

宁波丝陆管理咨询有限公司 (Ningbo Seresway Consulting and Trading Co., Ltd.), Ningbo, People’s Republic of China. Unified social credit code 91330212MAKEUWMG8K.

If you have a question about these terms, write to us here:support@seresway.com

What the service does

Seresway runs a team of AI agents that research a product idea, score it, draft specifications and supplier enquiries, and generate images.

You describe an idea; the service produces drafts.

Everything the service produces is a draft for your judgement

Nothing the service gives you is a recommendation, a guarantee, or professional advice of any kind. This matters more here than it would in most software, for one specific reason: the service shows you compliance risk flags.

It carries a dataset of rules covering food-contact, radio equipment, product safety and related regimes, and it tells you what it finds. You could read those flags as clearance to sell a product. They are not.

Our compliance flags tell you what to look into. They are not a legal opinion, they are not complete, and they do not mean a product is safe or lawful to sell. Before you sell anything, check with someone qualified in the market you are selling into.

The same applies to everything else the agents produce: a specification, a supplier enquiry, a cost estimate or a market claim is a starting point you are expected to check, not an answer you can rely on.

Plans and payment

Payments for this service are taken by Paddle, and that changes who your purchase contract is with.

Paddle is an authorised reseller. You purchase this service from Paddle, and we make it available to you under these terms. Paddle's own terms say:

Paddle is an authorised reseller of Products for Suppliers, which means you purchase the Product from Paddle using our Services, and the Product is made available to you by the Supplier under the terms of their Supplier Agreement.
Paddle · Buyer Terms · 31 March 2026

Which Paddle company you contract with depends on where you are, and there are three of them. Paddle’s terms say which one applies to you. We do not name one here, because whichever one we named would be the wrong one for most people reading this.

What that means in practice. Your receipt comes from Paddle. Paddle’s terms govern the sale — payment, renewal, tax, and whether any money comes back. A payment can only be returned by the company that took it, so a refund is Paddle’s to make and not ours to promise.

These terms govern your use of the service. They do not govern the sale. Nothing written here adds to, or takes away from, what Paddle’s terms give you.

Free trials and pilot access

This section applies once you start a free trial or pilot access. You start either one in the app’s setup, by pressing a button that says it starts it; creating an account alone does not start it.

Free trial

A free trial gives you the Starter plan for 14 days from the moment you start it. Its allowances are given once for the whole trial and do not reset when a new month begins. A trial does not include refreshing a market scan on demand; you see the latest scheduled scan.

No card is needed. The trial itself is free: nothing is charged for it, while it runs or when it ends, and it never turns into a paid plan by itself.

When an allowance runs out, that kind of work stops for the rest of the trial. Subscribing to a paid plan, once plans are on sale, is the way to continue.

There is one free trial per person. We check this with a code made from your email address, and we keep that code for a time after your account is deleted, so that the same address cannot start another trial — see the privacy notice. If you think we refused you a trial by mistake, write to us.

We may stop starting new trials, or limit how many start each day, at any time. A trial that has started runs to its end date unless it ends under Ending the agreement.

When a trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only, just as when a plan ends — see Cancelling, and what happens to your work.

If you subscribe during a trial, the paid plan starts at once and its payment is taken then; unused trial days are not added to it. If that plan ends before the trial’s end date, the trial continues until then.

Pilot access

If we invited you to our pilot and you sign up with the email address we invited, you get pilot access instead of a free trial: the Starter plan, free, with no end date. Its allowances renew at the start of each calendar month (UTC), as on a paid Starter plan, and do not roll over.

No card is needed, and pilot access never turns into a paid plan by itself. It lasts for as long as we provide the service, unless it ends under Ending the agreement. If you subscribe to a paid plan and that plan later ends, your pilot access continues.

Cancelling, and what happens to your work

You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until it ends.

After that your workspace becomes read-only: your ideas and drafts stay there and you can read them for as long as your account exists, and the service stops producing new work.

If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Deleting your account is how you are forgotten; cancelling is not, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise. What we keep and for how long is set out in the privacy notice.

What you may not do, and when we may suspend an account

  • Use the service unlawfully.

  • Resell it, or scrape it.

  • Try to reach other customers’ data.

  • Use it to generate content you have no right to.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we will tell you why.

We may also suspend an account while we investigate a payment dispute we have reason to believe is fraudulent. What a dispute means for the payment itself is decided by the company that took it, under the terms you accepted when you paid — see plans and payment.

Your content stays yours

Your ideas and the text you write remain yours. You grant us only what is needed to run the service for you.

That includes sending your text to the AI providers we use. It is sent word for word — this is how the product works, and you should read the part of the privacy notice that explains it before you subscribe rather than after.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. It depends on AI providers we do not control and can degrade or fail when they do.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and no current plan carries an uptime commitment. If that changes, this section changes with it.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time, as described above. We may end or suspend an account for non-payment or for the reasons in the section before this one.

What happens to your work when the agreement ends is the same either way, and it is set out under cancelling.

Nothing in these terms should be read as limiting a right you have under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. If you do not agree with it, you can cancel before then.
