Email: support@seresway.comWhy we have your details
We are looking for creators who might want to make a product of their own with Seresway. We use your details to decide whether to write to you, to write to you once — by message on the platform where we found you, or by email where you publish a business address on your profile — and to keep a short record so that we never write twice or after you have said no.
What we hold
From your public profile: your name and handle, the platform, your follower count, your bio, the website you list, the business email address you publish, if any, and figures from your public posts.
Where a creator database shows them: audience figures about your account.
Our own record: when we wrote to you, who wrote, your answer, and an email address if you give us one.
We hold nothing from private accounts, and nothing about your health, beliefs or family.
Where it comes from
Publicly accessible sources: your public profile, Instagram's official business-account lookup, and the creator databases named in our message to you (Heepsy, Modash or Influencers.club). If we wrote to you before this notice existed, from our own earlier lists of creators.
Legal basis (for people in the UK)
Our legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): finding creators who may want to work with us and writing to them once. We think a short, clearly identified message to a public creator account, with an easy way to say no, is within what a creator would expect.
Who else sees it
Our small team. The tool that holds this list is hosted by Anthropic, and Anthropic's AI reads the profile text we copy into it, to help us decide whether to write to you and to draft our message. Our records of earlier messages are stored with Google. Instagram or TikTok carries a direct message; where we write by email, our email provider and yours carry it. We do not sell or share your details.
How long we keep it
| If | What we keep | Until |
|---|---|---|
| IfWe never wrote to you | What we keepYour details as listed above | UntilNo fixed end date. After 30 days in our list we are reminded to decide whether to write to you. Nothing is deleted automatically, except as in the creator-database row below. |
| IfWe wrote and you did not reply | What we keepYour details for 30 days after our last message; after that, only your handle, the platform, the date and who wrote | UntilThat short record is deleted 12 months after our last message |
| IfYou said no, asked us not to contact you, or we excluded you from our list | What we keepOnly your handle, the platform, the date and a code, never a reason | UntilKept while we contact creators, so we never write again; deleted after 12 months with no outreach at all |
| IfWe are talking about a pilot | What we keepYour details while we talk, including an email address you gave us or that you publish | UntilIf you sign up, our app's privacy notice applies. If talks end, from 30 days after our last message we keep only your handle, the platform, the date and a code, and we delete that 12 months after the message. |
| IfDetails from a creator database | What we keepOnly what that database showed us | UntilDeleted when our access to that database ends |
| IfWe wrote to you before this list existed | What we keepYour handle, the platform, the date of our last message, and our record of that message | UntilDeleted 12 months after that message |
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to delete it or to limit its use. You can also object at any time, and if you object to being contacted we stop at once and keep only a short note so we never write again. To say no, reply “no” to our message, on the platform where we wrote to you or to the email address it came from, or write to the email address above. A person reads every reply. You can complain to us at the email above. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
No automatic decisions
Our tool shows public signals; a person decides whether we write to you.
